Tipping car service?

Hi,
I am going to use yourride for our february trip. We would need transportation from MCO to Animal Kingdom Lodge, Animal Kingdom Lodge to Port Canaveral and Port Canaveral to MCO. What kind of tip am I looking at? Would I get the same driver? Don't want to short change anyone. What is a good rule of thumb? Thank you.

I generally tip the driver at each leg of the trip, since you may not get the same driver. I usually tip 15% to 20% of the cost of the the one way trip I am travelling at the time.
