Another thread and a conversation with DH last night has got me thinking about tipping, our Poor (literally and figuratively)Canadian Dollar has heightened my awareness too....
What do you usually tip when at the resort ...and beyond I guess? A lot of times it is circumstantial but if I hazarded a guess what we do is below, not sure if we are the norm or deviating too much one way or another.
Wait Staff -unless the service is wow we usually do 15%
Bartenders... hmm don't do this often not a big drinker $1-$2 a drink?
Shuttle Driver ( we have hired a private shuttle) 10% of fare??
Counter Service Restaurant tip jar--- usually throw in some coins, in Canada we have $2 and $1 coins, so if I have paid in cash and get some back I throw them in
Housekeeping - We are five people but keep our room fairly tidy...we usually leave at least $10 every morning

But since you're worried about deviating I'll run down how I do your list: We too go default 15% at sit down but 20% if the service is really good or the waiter is engaging with us (FYI waiters always seem to be more talkative and personable at the Resort, guess because they're all Disney CMs). 10% of fare is what I do on shuttles too. My drinking rule of thumb is a $1 per glass of wine or bottle of beer, $2 per mixed drinks. And I think you're definitely fine at $10 for housekeeping. Just be prepared to write a note or something so they know it's their tip. Personally we don't tip at counter service so I can't comment there.
