Tipping at a Dinner Show

Okay, we are vacationing in Jan. '08. And with all the talk about tips possibly being removed from the DDP, it got me thinking in general.

So, if a Dinner Show ticket INCLUDES the cost of dinner, is it customary to tip 20% on the cost of the ticket?

At HDDR all tickets include tax and tip. I would imagine that is true at the Luau too.

I would say no, unless you just won the lottery, and in that case, an emphatic YES!!!
