Tip question when ordering alcohol

If you order alcohol with your DDP dinner, I assume you get a separate check. Is that correct? I also assume that you just tip on that amount since 18% is already included on your meal? Thanks in advance for any clarification.

You do receive a seperate receipt for alcohol when on the DDP.

They also automatically add an 18% gratuity to your seperate alcohol order.
Kind of stinks when you order a fairly expensive bottle of wine...
