Tip for receiving more emails and mail offers

I phoned Disney this morning to get a quote on a trip and of course ask if I had any codes associated with my name. ( they must be getting so tired of that question.)

Anytime I call they say that the DO NOT mail or email me any promotions is checked off. I do not know why because I always say that I am open to receiving any offers. I also check this box when I register for anything
online.

My CM was very helpful and he said that the reason the DO NOT mail me category is being checked off is because the rest of my family has DO NOT mail or email checked off beside their names. I didn't even think of checking off their names.

So..... make sure everyone in your party has the please email or mail me promotions checked off by their name.
He said I should be receiving promotions now that all the names in my family have been checked "YES".

Now I wait patiently for the magic to arrive. :wizard:

Did your family members register separately on the WDW website or does he mean is checked within the reservation system?

They were just the names of my family within the reservation system. The names I gave of each member of my family when I booked past trips.

Probably, not useful if your names are not in the reservation system from past trips.
