Tip for parasailing?

Just occuring to me that I need to tip for parasailing. There will be 4 of us going but only 2 tandem tickets. How much should I plan on for a tip?

I went parasailing last summer on CC and nobody on our boat tipped. It didn't seem to be expected either.

My DD8 and I are planning to tandem next month and I hadn't planned on tipping this year either.

I guess it is your choice.

When I read "TIP" for parasailing, I thought you meant tips of advice!!

I have no idea re: the other type of tip that you mean. However, does 10 to 12% sound like a reasonable amount?

Lets see if there are 4 people how about $15-$20. Sorry , I'm no help!

Nobody tipped on our parasailing trip on Friday either. It wasn't even hinted to us to do so.

I never thought of this - and I'm definitely one who would've tipped had their been any indication that it was expected....

DH tipped about $20 for 3. They had also asked to be dipped in the water as they came down. So he figured he had asked for a special treat! No one else on the boat left a tip.

I felt like I should have tipped but did not even think about it til we were heading back in.

I never felt like a tip was expected here either, and as a former restaurant worker I consider myself "tip savvy".

If you do ask for a special dip, or so, it is a nice gesture.
