Tip for Horse Drawn Carriage Driver at POR?

Has anyone taken the Carriage at POR?
Did you tip the Driver?
If so how do you determine how much to give?

Yes, we took the ride.
Yes, we tipped the driver, but I don't recall how much.
I have no idea how to determine the proper amount. Our driver was really knowledgable about WDW, and it added alot to the ride.

me, dd and ds took the carragie ride from por fq. i believe i gave him 10 bucks-- it was raining and he got soaked. we stayed dry under the canopy but the poor driver was dripping. however, it was lovely none the less

Yes, we gave at least $5.00 (it was only a half hour, but we may have tipped $10.00 also, I'm not sure).

I've read in one post that the ride takes about a half hour,
is this how long?

Does it go all the way around both Resorts POR and POFQ?

Do you have to make advanced ressies for it?
Where would I make these?

I will know all about this before I go!!

Hi We tipped about $5 and put it in a cute thank you envelope.
When we went on our ride we went around POFQ while the other carriage went around POR I think it's just the luck of the draw. We made our reservations through 407-wdw-play.

We tipped $10 I think.
It starts at POR then to POFQ and ends at POR. It si aobut a half hour. Very nice!
My TA made the reservation for us. It was raining the night we were suppose to do it they called our room and asked if we could come the next night. It all worked out.
