Tip board

I am unable to open my tip board five days out of the start of my stay. I did try signing out and back in. Also the my day setting is correct at March 4. Should I at least be able to open it at this point? Thanks

You should be able to see the Tip Board any time - I can see it and we don't travel until August?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
