No need to tip. Your auto gratuities cover all meals except for the up charge restaurants. The servers covered by tips work breakfast, lunch, dinner, and quick service places, so the auto gratuities paid by everyone cover all their service.

That assumes that the other people who have those servers are keeping the autogratuity though. I’ve seen people getting it removed or lowered at guest services before—technically the tipa are optional. I usually leave a small cash tip on the table at sit down breakfast or lunch just to make sure their service to me is covered, just like I do at room service even though those folks also presumably get tipped from the auto-gratuity.

1923 is one of the main dining rooms on the Disney Wish and (I believe) it's reserved for Concierge guests for lunch on embarkation day.

If you planning to tip them anyway, I would do it right away. You never know if you will see them at the end of the cruise. Could be because of they are needed somewhere else, you can get sick, they can get sick. Things can come up.

Same if you do a sitdown breakfast or lunch. At those moments you don't necessarily have your own server team.
