tip airport transportation

We have booked Murray Hill Transportation for our trip in 13 days! I know we are supposed to tip the driver each way. What is the amount we should tip? We are getting a van so it is 90.00 roundtrip.

I tip $10, each way, unless we stop at the grocery store, then I tip $15.
