For those who have been before me (and may not be checking this thread) or anyone who has used this kind of stroller, can you tell me how big the basket underneath is?

We are using a different double stroller than we normally do with our twins and the basket is TINY.

Our trip is getting so close

Weather's great, stroller moves very nicely and is pretty easy to maneuver. Storage basket is holding a 12 pack sized soft cooler and we've been able to hang our diaper bag from the handle. folds up quickly, opens easily, and fits in our Hyundai Azera rental with plenty of room.

Hello. I just wanted to check in and say thanks for the use of the stroller and to let you know it is holding up well. The only problem we had was that when I picked it up at my resort (Saratoga Springs), there was no tray on the front. Two workers in the luggage room looked all over, but it was not there. I don't know if the person before me could confirm if there was a tray when they left it at luggage services for me, but I checked on the day we left to switch resorts, and it had not been located.

Otherwise the seat, basket, and sunshade are all in great condition. I brought the rain cover from my jogger here at home so that helped with the terrible rains, but we were bringing it in to our room everynight and drying the edges of the seat pad. We didn't let our son eat or drink in it and it looks as though people are taking good care of it.

Hi. We are the previous users of the stroller. We popped off the tray and put it in the accessories bag when we left it at Saratoga Springs.

Talked with DH. He confirmed we did take the child tray off and put it in the bag. I assume you are talking about the child tray and not the parent tray. Let us know for sure. Since the part came up missing after us, we will donate the replacement tray.

Parkers Momma - can you please pm me the model number and date code so we can get this ordered? We will also need to know where and who to send the replacement part.

Thank you for chiming in. I really thought it was strange that when I picked it up, the man who brought it out only brought the stroller. I asked him if there was anything else with it. I knew the stroller had a tray on the front, but didn't know there was a bag. He went back to check with another young man, but said that was all they could find. And again when I went to check out on Friday before we moved over to Animal Kingdom Villas I had asked them to check for the tray and not a bag. It's my mistake for not knowing what I was looking for.

Could you possibly describe the bag to me and anything that was with it? I can call Saratoga Springs and see if they can locate the bag. It must be there somewhere. If it cannot be located I will be happy to cover the cost of the bag/accessories.

The bag was black with a fish or two painted on it I believe. Honestly I don't remember too much in detail about the bag since it stayed in our room most of the time. It's a good size bag. It will barely fit in the bottom of the stroller.

We have a separate claim ticket for it. We have the number at home. It was listed under your name. I can look when I get home today for the claim ticket.

Forgot to add the contents of the bag. It had the child tray, pump for the tires, a larger sunshade....I think that's it.
