Good morning. Not a problem about the bag. I know you was on top of it. :thumbsup2
The fraying is at the crotch area where it belts in. I believe there were some pictures posted way back. That is the same as I was talking about. It is not bad either.
Have a great day everyone.

Okay....i just need to vent somewhere.
DH comes to me today and tells me that he has been offered a job transfer. I say great thinking it is to a different dept. within the same building. ITS NOT...it is across the province. 200+ miles from where we are now!!!! They want him to start July 1st. Are they nuts:scared1: There is no way I can sell my house in three weeks. It might take me that long to get it on the market!!! And the housing market is not exactly booming around here:scared:The DD's would also be starting school while we are on vacation. The school start date in the new district is Aug. 31st. I cannot move the vacation as 7 other family members are coming with us. I have also been planning this trip for almost a year...so I am going!!!!!!
I also just started a new job this week.....I am so stressed that I may explode. Thanks for listening:)

:headache:Hubby needs to say no!Unless he will lose his job and you will have no income I would have him tell his boss he can;t transfer-and no one in their right mind should believe he could be there in less than 4 weeks!!!

ARE THEY NUTS???

Heck, no one can possibly get a house packed in three weeks let alone sale it! It's one thing wanting him to start in three weeks but to move the entire family that quick is unrealistic..hopefully the company realizes this!

Is he going to take it? I mean, is it s possibility of him going ahead and you continuing there until he knows he likes the job/company? I guess if it were me, I'd be saying "see you when you get here on the weekends" until I had all the loose ends tidied up.

And your poor daughter, starting a new school is hard enough but starting one late is really going to be hard on her. What grade is she in? How about the school, what is thier policy on attendance? No way would I miss the vacation...especially with 7 other ppl going.

On the brighter side of it....Hopefully it is a lot more money, chance for advancements and it will definitely be an adventure.

Sweetie:grouphug::grouphug: vent anytime you need to...when a door closes, a window opens. It's just the window has flown wide open...maybe shutting it down a little bit will slow the whirl wind you are facing. Breathe, ask DH to help come to a happy medium and things will work out.

BTW...is it closer to WDW, that would be one advantage, 200 miles closer to wdw is always a good thing!

Thanks:) If DH takes the job he would go ahead while I worked on closing up things here. I wish they would let him take the position and let us stay put. He has worked for two different companies in the States and one in Sweden all while staying in the same house and not moving the family. He travelled alot but that was okay with me. Both our families live within 4 miles of where we are now.
The job is with the company he is working for now just in a different sector.
DH is pretty torn on taking the job. The money is not much better just a little more security. It would be a step up but he is worried about the two DD's. One is going into grade 11 and the other grade 8. The only plus is they would both be in the same school so they would have each other if needed. Starting school a week late makes me feel awful for them.
Attendance here is not like in the states. As long as the child has passing grades they are not penalized for days missed. It is frowned upon to miss school but there are no strict rules.
And the other bummer is it is further from WDW!!! I would now have to transfer planes in the city I might move from!!!!:headache:
Secretly I am hoping he turns the job down but I do not want to be the unsuppotive wife either. They want an answer by Friday so I will keep you posted.
I am also much calmer now that I have vented and had a glass of wine:thumbsup2

That one sentence would be enough to make me say NOOOOoooo.

Plus the grades of the DD's. Especially if they have attended the same school since they were little. To not graduate with their friends would be a big factor for me.

But then again, When we moved to this mammoth beast of a house, I told DH I wasn't moving anymore until all the kids are out of school. The last time we moved, my oldest was 13 and she is going to be 29 this year.:rotfl: It was hard on her and I hated going through it with her. Great thing though she made two lifetime friends and they are still close as close can be! Actually they still come to our house weekly and STILL call us Mom and Dad.

Man-OH-Man, if I counted all the kids that call us Mom and Dad plus all the kids that now call us NaNa and PaPa, we would be rich if we could take them all as a tax deduction.

It sounds as though you and your Dh have some hard decisions ahead of you BUT if I had a vote, I would still vote close to WDW. I hate (and I do mean HATE) changing planes! I really dislike Atlanta Airport!

:wizard:Pixie dust to you disneynuts777. I hope things work out for the best for all of you. Wine always seems to help stressful situations. Massages do to, should have you one today before DH comes home with any news!

I hate changing planes if kids are involved. It is just a hassle. We are flying out of Atlanta in August, but it will be nonstop.:cool1:

Keep us posted and vent away if you need too!:flower3:

HAHAHA...I really don't like Atlanta! Our very first time flying, our connection was in Atlanta and Delta gave us 30 minutes to make the connection. Guess what?!?! Sleeping in an airport chair isn't very comfortable!

Never again...I'm a quick learner! If it involves Atlanta, an hour at least or find a different flight!

Every time I fly out of Atlanta my gate is the one on the very end!:rotfl2:
You're right, there is no way to make a connecting in 30 min. Not even on a good day.

UPDATE: After a very long weekend of weighing all the pros and cons of DH taking this new position at work we decided it would be better to stay where we are.
DH went into the office this morning to tell his boss. So unless it comes down to take the job or be jobless we are not moving:thumbsup2 I am feeling relieved but will feel much better when I hear from DH.:goodvibes

Thank you everyone for your kind words over the last feww days:hug:

Hi all,

Back from our trip and the stroller is doing well. All the pieces are accounted for and have been left for the next swapper.

Thanks again for arranging this.

Take care

:woohoo::woohoo: See the word of reasoning always works. WHo in their right mind would want to move farther from WDW AND have to make a connection.

Luckily his Disney senses kicked in!!

All kidding a side, I'm so happy that things worked out for the entire family. You and DH definitely are a great team to be able to talk this through for the entire family.

HATS OFF to the both of you!!

:woohoo::woohoo:
The only thing I will be packing this summer are my suitcases for WDW. Only 78 more days to go!!!!
Man.....I had better get those lists out....(I'll give it a couple of more weeks before I actually dig the suitcases out!!:lmao::lmao:)
Hope everyone is having a good night.
Double shift tomorrow so off to sleep I go:goodvibes

Going to be a nice weekend here!!!! I am working but I will look at the sunshine from the inside:sad2:

Have a good one everybody!!!:goodvibes

We had a great week with Tink!! I am sure she traveled many miles. No need for the rain cover either - WooHoo!! We dropped her off at Coronado Springs last night and then caught the magical express at 3:30 this morning - what was I thinking. Everything was perfect! Just a few signs of wear, the fraying that has already been mentioned and pictured, and a little scratching on some of the plastic parts (that I am not sure has been mentioned yet).

Thanks everyone for a great swap!
