Tinkerbell Mickey and goofy

My daughter wants to meet these 3 and Minnie if she is there. We are going to MK tomorrow and then MGM on wed where is the beat place to find these guys at these parks?

Tinkerbell and friends are found in Tink's Nook in MK, right next to Aloha Isle, just over the Adventureland Bridge from the Hub. That is her ONLY location.

Goofy is readily available at all 4 parks. He is at the EP Character Spot, AK in Camp Minnie-Mickey (in safari gear), MK near POTC (as pirate Goofy), and DHS near the Sorceror's Hat (in his Hollywood glamour garb). Honestly, just pick an outfit and go there. The EP character spot has him in his "normal" clothes, but that place can be a time trip.

Mickey is readily available too. And just as with Goofy, he's in different outfits depending on what park you are in. In EP, Mickey is with Goofy at the Character Spot near Innoventions/Club Cool. In AK, he's at Camp Minnie-Mickey in safari gear. At DHS, he is in the Animation Academy as Sorceror Mickey. In MK, he is at the Town Square Hall in his tux. You can get a FP for this stop THAT IS NOT tied to the regular FP system, which means you can have the FP for Mickey then immediately go get another pass.

Minnie is generally with Mickey (in Town Square - MK, In Camp Mickey Minnie at AK her own line and in Epcot Character Spot) only place they're "separated" is DHS - Minnie is in her glamour garb by the hat (while Mickey is tucked away in Animation Studios)
