I love the idea of leaving Tinkerbell gifts each night for my kids. I've never done this before. I didn't know about it on our last trip or I would have. I've read about people doing this, but it seems to be for younger kids. My DD is 11 and my DS is 9. I'm having Welcome baskets delivered when we arrive. I would like things they can use like a disposable camera, sunglasses. If anyone has any suggestions for "tweens" I would love the help!!!

Last year for my nieces (ages 9 & 12) I did: Tinkerbelle flip flops, a beach towel, pens, t-shirts (High school musical and Hannah Montana), hat, sunglasses, lip balm, lanyards with pins for trading (they both loved doing this), and a photo album for their pictures.

For my 16 and 7 year olds when we went over the holidays I put pins on their lanyards each night for them to trade the next day.

My DD would love this. Now I just need ideas for DS.

My kids both love pin trading. I have bought pins off ebay for them to trade. Thanks for the help though.:goodvibes

We did Disney pjs for everyone (DH got boxers). Some days my girls (16 & 12 at the time) got something nice but some days it was just a Disney pen & notepaper. It really didn't matter what they got - they just loved that there was something special there each day.

The pj's are a cute idea. But the boxers for DH are cracking me up:rotfl2: I really think I'm gonna do that one.:goodvibes

My ds was 9 when we went last summer. One of his favorite Tinkerbell gifts --gum! You can't buy it there, and so it was a real treat.

I also got him Disney pens (yes, that is an "e"), temporary tattoos, a hat, candy with "bugs" in it, pirate treasure coins, a cheap juggling ball set, just little things to keep him occupied. If you aren't already bringing them, new goggles or diving sticks for the pool are also great. Disney Dollars are also never turned down!
