tink2020, I love your frames, the ovals and the rectangles. I like the 3D look and the beveled look. Did you make them or did they come with your software or did you find them somewhere?

I made them. Well, I mean with my software, but I made them I just made the outlined shapes as their own layer, and then Photoshop has various effects (like the beveled, etc) that you can add to a particular layer.
