Tink & Fairies Meet and Greet

Just saw this WDW Facebook Post, anyone currently in the World that can shed any light? My daughter is seriously in loooovvee with Tink and we were prepped to see her at Epcot in August. Now it seems the M&G will be back in MK?


"Meet Tinker Bell and her fairy friends at Magic Kingdom Park – now in a new location inside the Adventureland Veranda. Which fairy talent would you most like to have?"

Yeah - I was really expecting to see an early update from someone in the park today about which fairies are now appearing with Tink.

Just Terence, Rosetta, and Vidia like Epcot had.

Or will Silvermist, Iridessa, and Fawn all be rejoining them like they used to in MK?

I'm sure someone will let us know. I'm not as concerned about who is there, but where to go. My daughter loves Tink, so the fairy pick is an added bonus!

From the hub, head to Adventureland. As you cross the bridge between the hub and Adventureland, it will be on the right. If you get to Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse or Dole Whips, you went too far.

Got it, Thanks! Man gonna be tough to keep these M&Gs all straight...mickey and princesses now on Main, Rapunzel in the Fairytale Garden, Tink in Adventure Land. Phew, my little tootsies already hurt!

Is this going to be a fastpass attraction like Mickey and the Princesses? Anyone know? We will be there in August too and I want to make sure we see them! I am hoping it is more like the other ones and not like Rapunzel.

I'd love FP, however not optimistic about that one. Concerned about Rapunzel. If my girls don't get to see her, it will be meltdown central I'm sure. We are planning on the "rope drop run" (with maybe a quick stop for a mickey FP on the way) for this one!

Tinker Bell and other fairies are now appearing in Adventureland on the Veranda. So far today I have only seen Tink and Vidia but others are supposed to rotate with them.

The fairies are scheduled to meet and greet inside the Veranda where their new Pixie Hollow has been recreated but construction has been delayed. Currently the fairies are outside on the Veranda and Ariel and Eric have moved to the Adventureland Gazebo.

I was there today and was surprised that the inside location wasn't ready yet. The CM I spoke to said it was going to be called Tinker Bell's Nook when it's finished. I overheard her having a conversation with some other CM's which seemed to indicate it will be another 2 weeks until it's ready. Only saw Tink and Vidia.

Does anyone know how many fairies will be available once Tink's Nook opens? I know in TT there were generally 3 but sometimes just 2 and at Epcot you met 2 at a tiime - but what's the plan for Adventureland?

I would reccomend going straight to Rapunzel, and not stopping for Mickey FP on the way. When we were there in July, the return time was not much later than the time we got the FP. Rapunzel should definitely take priority to getting Mickey FP.

I keep seeing posts about Rapunzel & how long she's going to take (even at rope drop). What makes her wait so long? Is there more interaction with her than at the average character? I know she's new, but I never heard Tiana's wait being this way even at the beginning.

My DD5 will flip if she gets to meet Vidia in November. She's her favorite and we have never seen her or Rosetta (my DD7's favorite). In 2 trips we have met Tink, Silvermist, Terrence, Fawn, and Iridessa.

Thanks for that info. Agreed! We will be in the World for 8 nights so Mickey can be squeezed in any which way. DD8 has obviously seen Mickey several times, but for DD3 it will be her first since last year line waiting was a nightmare.

Nope ... Mother is not there -- she has been vanquished from the parks for her mean ways. She's not even nice enough to be a villain!
