It would be really useful to see timings for the big day, especially those later on the in the day that includes a dessert party, as well as standard escape package timings - for getting ready, transport, ceremony, photography, cake cutting, any dinner or extra events.

Plus any pros and cons for having the ceremony at a certain time. We are hoping for April so heat shouldn't be to much of an issue, but anything else we should consider?

Thanks :thumbsup2

well i havn't had my escape wedding yet but this is what I have planned so far

2:30- 3:00pm Ceremony at SBP
3:00- 3:30pm Cake Cutting/ Champagne
4:00-4:30pm Remaining Photos(I have heard basic disney photography you get 2 hours so looking at 2:30-4:30pm)

4:30- 5:15pm Walk over to Yacht Club for a few drinks
5:30-8:00pm Dinner at Yachtman's Steakhouse
8:00-8:30pm Get ready to go over to Epcot for Dessert Party
8:30pm Dessert Party

I liked the idea of a 2:30 ceremony as it would mean there isn't a big gap between things. There may be times in this plan where our guests are hanging around but at least it won't be hours. Also they don't have to worry about getting back to their hotel to change clothes or wonder what to do

Mine went like this:

1030>1230 - Hair & Make Up
1230>1300 - Start to get dressed
1300>1400 - Photos
1400 - Picked up by Limo
1430>1500 - WP Ceremoney
1500>1530 - Family Photos
1530>1600 - Cake and first dance
1600>1645 - Bride & Groom Photos
1700>1900 - Reception - this over-ran to about 1930
2000>2100 - DP

We aren't doing a dessert party the day of the wedding, but here's ours.

11:30-2:30 Hair and makeup
3:00 p.m. First Look
3:30-4:30 Family pictures at the BWV
4:00- Groom to leave for WP
4:30- Bride to leave for WP
5:00- Ceremony
5:30- Group pictures
6:00- Guests leave for reception via Motorcoach
6:30- Bride and Groom Leave for Reception
6:30-7:30- Cocktail Hour
7:30-9:00- Dinner
9-10:30- Cake cutting and Dancing

Thanks guys, that's great, I'm starting to see how it might work for us now:thumbsup2
