Timing your arrival at the terminal to avoid the DCL buses

What would be a good time to plan on arriving to minimize the waiting in long lines?

I understand that when the DLC buses are all arriving it is crowded and also there is an early crowd waiting to be among the first to board.

We are using a van service from hotel near airport so I have some control over when we get to the terminal.

Last Feb, we arrived around 11:30. While we were checking in (no lines BTW), the opened the boarding doors. When we were ready to board, we walked right on. Fantastic process . . .
