Timing out all day today

I don’t know if I’m even in line still lol. I’ve been on since 1:00 and it’s now 7:00 pm.

It times out about every 30 minutes - it’s annoying, but normal.
It times out, a message comes up that says to ‘go back’ , after you do, the chat window comes back up. It may be blank when it comes back up, but if you close the window, it will reload the same chat at the same point where it timed out.

People have reported the CM told them you don’t loose your place in line when you log right back in.

When the chat window comes back up, you can send a message - if it shows up in the chat window as ‘sent’, you are still in an active chat.

Chat window is still up but it’s asking me to log in or go back they’re now closed and I can no longer send myself messages really frustrating since I’ve been on since 1:00 pm

I x off chat window and it pops back up but nothing is there

The chat line is closed now because it’s after 10pm Eastern Time.
That‘s probably why it won’t let you do anything
