Timing of obtaining tickets

I received documents from my TA regarding our upcoming trip to US & IOA which includes a package for RP, transfers and park tickets.
The document includes a code in which to obtain the park tickets and we either have to get them:
1) At Will Call
2) At a Kiosk at the front of either park
3) At the desk in our hotel

My question is, If we arrive in the evening and plan to use our tickets the next morning, can we obtain our tickets the night we arrive for the next day use, or will they be activated for the day we obtain them?

I would love to have them in hand the night before rather than waiting until the next morning.... one less thing to deal with when I am half a sleep.

The tickets aren't activated until you pass through the turnstiles with them. So... you definitely can pick them up when you arrive and then activate them the next morning!

This is awesome information! I think we will stop by US on our drive in to WDW amd pick up our tickets from the kiosk for later in the week.
