Timing of DME and getting to a park

We arrive at 9:50am on 1/15. My thought is probably at our resort by 11 then at AK by 12 so i'm thinking first fp+ could be 12:30-1:30 KS.

This is realistic, right?

I'm thinking:

12:30-1:30 KS fp+
then Pagani trail and Maharji trek
2:15-3:15 EE fp+
3:00 Nemo
3:30-4:30 Dinosaur fp+
It's Tough to be a Bug
ADR Rainforest Café 5pm

Does that seem too rushed?

tomorrow (or tonight at midnight) I can book fp+..... so i'm starting to rethink everything.

You MAY be at your resort by 1130. Conservative estimate is 90 minutes plane to hotel. assuming first that your hotel is the first on the drop off, second, your bus leaves as soon as you get on. It's assuming everything goes like atomic clockwork. I wouldn't make a FP selection much before 2pm.

I've only had one experience with going straight to a park and our flight arrived at 8:50 and we were at AK by 10:30. I'm thinking maybe that was the exception....... Okay, so maybe i'll try to get KS for 1:30-2:30, EE 2:30-3:30 and Dinosaur 3:30-4:30.

Always allow 90 mins, from gate (not landing) to resort. Yes, you could be at your resort by 11, but it's not likely. Your flight lands at 9:50, gets to the gate around 10. Off the plane, to tram...10:15. Get to DME area by 10:30. Wait for bus, 5-20 mins. Sit on bus, 5-20 mins. Ride to resort, 30-50 mins depending on which stop you are.
I've used DME at least twice a year since it came into being. I've had one time that it took 60 mins from gate to resort. Everything lined up perfectly...after waiting 15 mins from wheels down to getting off the plane.

We arrived at dme at 9am and did not wait long to leave. We were the fourth resort drop off. We brought our bags to bell services, and caught a magic kingdom bus. We were in the park by 11:15. Have fun!

I think your plan is way to aggressive throughout. As others have said you most likely will not be at your resort before 11:30 or even close to 12. We allow about 30 minutes for both of the walking trails in order to really enjoy them.

Turns out i'm 2 days off. ugh. have to wait until thrusday to get the fp+. more time to agonize over decisions. haha. I think i'm going to go with:

That looks better. If you arrive early, you can do the trails prior to your KS window, instead of after.

So you are scheduled to land an 950 am that doesn't take Ino account any delay in flight
We have g I ten lucky and unlucky with dme we have gotten there and basicly right on the bus and we had one time that we got in line just as the bus left and they had 2 more buses worth of guests infront of us
May of 2015 we landed at 10 am staying at the contemporary and got to the mk just as the parade was starting
I wouldnt plan on getting to a park until 2pm

First plan wasn't realistic to me- way too much rushing around for the first day of vacation and if you get delayed at all at any point, the rest doesn't work. Second plan sounds better!
