Timing of Booking HS Dessert/Fireworks Party?

I am well within my 180-day window for my trip in November--however the WDW site is not showing ANY dates for November for this activity. Someone mentioned that in past years this has morphed into a "holiday" dessert party. But I can't find a link to something like that either. Are some "dining/events" only bookable at 60 days out?
