Timing of booking a second tier 1 ride

What time will the app allow me to modify a lightning Lane to a second tier 1 ride. Waiting to get into the park. Is it at 8:30am for early entry or 9am for regular park open? Just tried a bit ago at 7:45am and it won't let me yet. Thanks.

You must tap into your first LL before it is unlocked so timing depends on when your first LL is booked and tapping into that attraction.

You can hold a max of only 3 MP at a time. You need to tap in and use one to open up a spot for another.

You mention modify above. You can modify, prior to park opening, but only your tier 1 to another tier 1, or your tier 2s to another tier 2. But once you tap into your first MP attraction, you then can book any tier/any park (with hopper), holding a max of 3 at a time, based on availability.
