Timing MCO to Magic Kingdom

Not sure if this is the right forum to put this question in. If it has been answered somewhere, I couldn't find it, maybe you could point me in the right direction.

How long should I plan on it taking us to get to Disney World... arriving at approx. 9:15 a.m. (MCO) and renting a car (probably from Budget) and driving straight to Animal Kingdom? I know actual drive time is about 30 minutes, but I'm talking exiting plane, luggage claim, rental desk, driving, parking etc.

Trying to plan out the day before we check in at our townhouse later in the evening.

I would allow anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. It's going to depend on how long it takes to retrieve your luggage and more especially, how long it takes to get your rental car.

Our flight is due to arrive around 9:17am. We are just doing carry on luggage & our rental car is Alamo (on site). I am planning us getting to Caribbean Beach Resort approx. 10:30'ish...

Assuming our flight is ontime, and with Alamo I have the quick silver membership. I will likely use the kiosk to check in & the drive time as I remember is about :25min?

I did say MCO to MK, then I remember as I was writing the post I was thinking "wait, we're planning on this being our AK day!" Oops! I was thinking we could be there by 11 ish. Sounds like we might even be there before that!
That makes me happy!
