Timing for riding rides during fireworks

We haven't ever been on a ride during the fireworks at MK. What does the timing look like for something like that? Get in line 5 minutes before fireworks? 15 minutes?

Also, is it harder or easier to do during one of the parties? Is Big Thunder the best ride for it? Or does the length of People Mover (and possible re-ride) make it the better option?

My daughter and friends tried this during a high school trip, and she said Magic Carpets of Aladdin was pretty good. They were allowed multiple re-rides.

Big thunder is a good one for fireworks, I do love SDMT also but I do think that one is harder to time unless you have a LL
