Timing for Reservations

The 6 month period before my trip comes in a couple weeks, i'm curious. Is there a particular time of day the reservations will open up, or does it vary? Am Eastern Standard time. I've read on disboards that its 7am when you're booking fastpasses 60 days in advance, same for dining?

6am online, 7am on the phone for dining reservations
