Timing between Lunch and Show

We have a 11:45 Underwater Grill dining reservation. Will we have enough time to have lunch and get to the 1:00 Sea Lion show? We have a 10:30 Dolphin encounter experience before lunch. Should I move lunch reservation to 11:30? Thank you.

Now they have moved our dolphin encounter to 12 so I have to change reservation time. Best number to call to do this? Thanks.
