Timeshares Only

So I'm flipping through the channels and there is an infommercial on the Travel Channel this morning about buying and selling timeshares. If you are planning on buting one or selling one, they want you to call them for a "free" kit to learn all you need to know and if you post your listing they give a shopping spree deal etc.
They are based in Orlando but seem to deal with timeshares all over.

When they showed footage of the places, it was Disney Vacation Club rooms! I didn't watch the whole thing so I don't know whether they showed the outside of DVCs or just the unside of the rooms but I recognized everything.

I was shocked that Disney would allow this.

I am not sure what kind of reputation this man has (might be good?) but to see him say he deals with Disney resales and show Disney footage really got me. If he isn't on the up and up, seems like it would reflect poorly on Disney. Maybe I am wrong.
But I was shocked to see DVC allow this. Disney always seems so protective of who uses their stuff.

I haven't seen it but unless he is using copyrighted material, he would be within his rights to do so. I'll have to look for it when I get home.
