Our DD is going with DWs brother and his family in a few weeks and are staying with other friends in a timeshare big enough for 16. We have asked what the name of the place is for several weeks, but have gotten no reply. Only description is you can see Epcot from the place. Since we arent getting much help from our SIL, can you good folks give us some suggestion as to what the name of some timeshare resorts are that are off property but can see Epcot? Sorry, thats all the description I have:confused3

Could be Bonnet Creek which has Presidential units that sleep 16 and sits next door to Epcot, although technically not on Disney property. Why won't they give you the name?

Could be that since they are staying with friends that the friends never told them. Even if the friends didnt tell them you would be amazed at how many people dont remember where they stayed when they were at Disney.

I used to be a bartender and I would wear a Mickey American Flag pin on my uniform, and it struck up alot of conversations with people saying they were just there, or go alot. I would always ask them what hotel they stayed at, because I have stayed at alot of them and for some reason I am interested in that sort of thing. Suprisingly alot more didnt know the name of the the hotel they stayed at then did.

I guess I could understand if they were just like "We stayed at some Holiday Inn offsite", but when you are on Disney property how could you not know?

I told DD it very well could be BCR, but dont know for sure. And our SIL is a bit lax sometimes. She is a sweet person, but leads a very laid back lifestyle. All we want to know is where they are staying so we can show DD. If it is BCR, that would be great. I cant think of any places nearby other than a couple of high risers that would be in sight of Epcot.

We could definitely see Epcot Spaceship Earth from our balcony at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. :thumbsup2

must be bonnett creek - because that is the only one I have heard that sleeps 16 - the four bedrooms.

most of the 3 bedrooms at Disney sleep 12 (which is average), offsite sleeps 12 to 10 in a 3-bedrooms.

there just aren't a lot of 4 bedrooms timeshares in the disney area.
