Timeshare package includes WDW Touch of Magic passes???

I'm wondering if anyone else has seen a similar park pass offered by other timeshare tour dealers, to this one. We own timeshare points with Fairfield and this sales tour offer is listed in the "member's" section of the company's website, where we (owners) are able to look for incentive deals to tour their newer resorts (other than where we currently own). Here's one of the Orlando deals, as offered to Fairfield owners:

4 nights accommodations for two adults and up to two children (under age 18).
2 Adult Walt Disney World® Touch of Magic Passes!
Orlando VIP Coupon Book! ...$298

Lodging is at an area hotel, not at the timeshare resort. Now, about these WDW "Touch of Magic" passes... they're described like this:

"2 Adult Walt Disney World® Touch of Magic Passes! Treat yourself to two full days of fun and adventure at your choice of any two of Walt Disney World’s four Theme Parks: MAGIC KINGDOM® Park, EPCOT®, DISNEY-MGM STUDIOS®, or DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM® Theme Park. PLUS another full day at your choice of Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island or DISNEYQUEST®. That’s a $240 value! (per couple)"

It looks like you have to choose two parks, so is it more like two 1-day tickets or some variation of the old bounce-back tickets? Or can you park hop between the two chosen parks on both days?

It's interesting (and new to me) to see DisneyQuest as a Plus feature on any Disney ticket. Do they usually do that with the special tickets offered to convention guests?

Do these tickets have an expiration date?
Do the usage days have to be consecutive days, once started?
Are any other timeshare companies offering these with their tours as well?
