timeshare/condo resort near universal?

We are considering going to Universal this april. I have already consulted the crowd calendars/etc and it should be "ok" to stay off site during the week we are there.

Typically we stay at Bonnet Creek when staying offsite for Disney. Any suggestions on resorts that might be closer to universal? We want a waterslide, pools, mini golf would be nice, resort feel. (Prefer the opton of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washer/dyer).

Any suugestions are welcome and appreciated!

As far as the RCI resort map goes, there really aren't any that are really close. There may be other resorts that trade on other exchange systems. The two I would personally check out are Hilton Grand Vacation Clubs at Park Soleil or SeaWorld. PS is a brand new (2-3 years?) property and gets great reviews. SW has been around longer, but is very well maintained. Both would require transportation to get to the parks. PS actually has very good access to Universal through the "back door" along Palm Parkway/Turkey Lake, (all one straight road, but changes names).

We stayed one night on site this year but we're at Bonnet Creek for three weeks and on the other three times we visited Universal we didn't find the drive an issue. So nice to go back to Bonnet Creek after the parks, worth the extra 15 minute drive for me. We also took the back roads. No traffic.

Vista Cay - It's the closest short term rental resort to Universal and still only 15 minutes from Disney. No watersides or mini golf on site but it they are right down the road.
