Times to Avoid Jacksonville (95)

Hi all,
We are doing our first drive to the World in January (from CT). I think we have the drive down set. But I wanted to see on the return trip North, what times should we avoid the Jacksonville area in order to avoid the traffic. I'm wondering specifically in terms of Friday late morning through evening.

Here's a thought...Apply the same logic for travel times you used to avoid NYC, Washington, DC, and any other major city heavy traffic,...apply that to avoiding JAX heavy traffic.
