Times that the DT are out?

Hello there,

I was wondering approximately what time most of the dreams (big and small) are coming true? We usually start later and then do the evening EMHs but will we miss out on all the dreams?

I know that the DT is out first thing in the morning to give out the fast passes and castle stay. Not sure about anything else.
