Times for Shows Shown Throughout the Day

For anyone who has been in the Magic Kingdom (when it was open 9-7), the Animal Kingdom (when it was open 9-5), Epcot (when Future world is open 9-7, and World Showcase is open 9-9), and MGM (when it was open 9-7): There are certain attractions that show only at certain times. If you have your "Times Guide" from when the parks are open at for those hours, can you please tell me what times each of the following attractions were playing? (Bare with me, I went in 2002 last, so my maps might be outdated! Also if I skipped any attraction that's on the "Times Guide" please add it.) Thanks!

Magic Kingdom:
