Times for lunch vs times for dinner

I can't find the answer to this anywhere. When do you know what time the restaurant switches from lunch to dinner?

I've never been able to find out either, would be nice to know for planning. I am going to try and make most of my lunches @ 11:00-11:30 for TS restraunts. My guess would be they run til 4pm. Most CS I know start @ 11:00.

It may vary from restaurant to restaurant but the ones I have eaten at seem to start dinner at 4:00 PM.
