times between FP+'s during Christmas week

I have only been at WDW in December last year and it was the first week of December. I looked back at my old notes and for each day I was there I was able to schedule attractions that had availability within 65-70 minutes from the one fast pass apart. (Maybe a better way of saying it would be that there was 5-10 minutes between fast passes.) Example: SE with a return time of 11:35-12:35, then Soarin' with a return time at 12:45-11:45. I'm wondering as I try to guess at FP+times for this year if the time between will be greater than that (if there is availability) being it's the 22-24th of December and it will be very crowded. Hope that makes sense. I wasn't sure if 5-10 minutes is typical. If you' were there the week before Christmas last year, do yo remember what your FP+ times looked like?

The time between two scheduled FP is always a MINIMUM of one hour.

A principle idea of booking FP+ is to first just accept one set of options of FP+ times that the system automatically offers you.
THEN, go back and make changes to those manually to try to better suit your plans.

I'm trying to estimate how much time it might take me to do test track, Spaceship Earth, and mission space the day before Christmas. Last year I could get FP+'s 60-75 minutes apart (the first week in December) so could plan on spending about 3 hours doing those rides (technically less if you rode at the start of your third consecutive FP+). I was just curious if anyone remembered if that was the case when they were there last year the week before Christmas. I realize it would depend on popularity of rides selected and time of day, but was hoping for some examples of time spent during this busy time! Hope that makes sense.
