timeline to ship stuff to resort ahead of time???

I am going to order a few things on-line to be sent to our resort that I can't get shipped to me in Canada.

If we arrive on Tuesday April 13th..when should I be placing these orders.

I would like for them to be there when we arrive!

Last year I ordered from Costco 3 days ahead of our arrival and our water was already at the POFQ when we arrived.
