I believe it is closed now. It went to "operates seasonally" status for awhile and then closed for good as I understand.

They are building a "Monsters. Inc." attraction in that space.

I really liked Timekeeper. It was developed at the same time they built one at "EuroDisney" (now called "Disneyland Paris").

They stopped operating the one in France long ago.

WDW version opened in 1994 and closed permanently on February 26, 2006.

Sorry to see it go.

I think that it would be a better "match" to the park if they moved Timekeeper to Epcot.
Its theme of "bridging between the ages (and the world locations) would be a great addition to the FW/WS connection.

Wow Robo, thats good to know! I hadn't heard they were building the Monsters Inc. ride there. I have been hoping they might add that over at MGM (maybe in the Sounds Dangerous area), I didn't even think about the Timekeeper area at MK. Its a great ride (I assume its going to be like the one at DCA). what a great addition although it has nothing to do with the future its a cute ride that will be immensely popular.

The MK attraction is NOT like the DL ride, AFAIK.

Its been speculated that it will be an "audience participation" theater attraction along the lines of "Turtle Talk with Crush".

There's a new ride at MGM going into the (soon to be) "former" WWTBAM space.

"Sounds Dangerous" theater is MUCH too small a space of a large mechanical "dark ride" the size of Monsters Inc. at DL.
