Time??

First of all I would like to thank everyone on this forum that have helped with my planning!! You have all been a HUGE help to this over planner (My family thanks you as well) I THINK this is my last question…we are staying at Disney's Old Key West resort and going to US/IOA next Monday and Tuesday. What time should we leave our resort in order to be able to hit WWOHP first thing and Minion Mayhem first thing the following day? We were thinking of taking either a taxi or Mears. Okay, maybe 2 questions…which do you prefer? Taxi or Mears? THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!

I prefer the taxi and I would give yourselves about 1 1/2 hours.

I prefer a town car. I hate watching that meter tick away and worry about traffic etc. On taxi finder our trip from universal Portofino to Pop Century is $40.91 and the town car is $45. Just a thought.....
