Website issues

This makes me worried about the special invite sign up at 11:00
Obviously everybody is searching but only those that fulfill the “Requirements “ will receive the link … at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time
it’s just for the new Hoppers movie so ?
Hollywood Studios / Walt Disney Theatre has an extended short to preview the trailer on the big movie screen …I plan to check that out . But undecided about seeing the Hopper Movie .

Hope this did not mess up the 11/7 month booking windows!

I still haven’t seen Zootopia 1 or 2 , which made the new Zoogether attraction replacing Bugs Life at Animal Kingdom not fun …so confused about 2 billion ticket sales ?
I doubt that will be an issue. This seems to be specific to the booking tool. For instance, if I wanted to add the dining plan to a stay that I am unable to get into and modify I could.
 
Im trying to modify a reservation and getting a BadRequest error page.. I have tried cleaning cache, used a different device, a different browser too..
Anyone else?
 

Just asked on chat and they said the website was undergoing a "magical enhancement" and there is no ETA for completion :rolleyes: .

its not even a month ago since they had their last big update to the site.

I really hope these "enhancements" are worth the downtime of us users. I bet we won't notice whatever they have done.
 
I was thinking about starting a rumor that the website has been hacked.

Mostly because it's almost unbelievable that we could be left with no information for so many hours, especially since the remainder of the website could possibly support a notification. No 'we are sorry for the inconvenience' or anything. Or a 'call MS if you need to book'.
 
No disrespect but hope the Cartel isn’t running our membership. Come on..fix this. I have faith. Stay safe.
 
I just chatted with a CM and nothing was disclosed to them about the non functional booking tool. I asked about a service message, and he confirmed that it was a good idea and that they as CM's had already requested it - but nothing has happened.
