Time you can start booking free dining 3/5

I thought I was going to avoid the free-dining spectacle this summer by proactively booking an 'eh' bounce-back offer for mid august. I called to see how much it would cost to add quick-service dining to our ressie and it increased it by over $900. So, if I wait until 8/25 for FD, and shave off 1 day, it will save us over $1000.

Long story short, what time can you usually start booking online?

Assuming, as it always happens, that the website quickly crashes, what time should I start calling (EST)?

i called at 9am this morning for free dining for visa cards and the all star resort i wanted wasn't avalible so i'd go for the ealry bird status

You can start at 7am EST. But alot of the resorts like pop dont' have anything for FD for the entire month under the FD visa promo. I cannot imagine that they won't release more rooms but just have a back up plan just in case. The only value were sports and music.

We wanted POR and there was only garden and river so we went with a standard at CBR.
