As a board veteran who respects all the folks who run and moderate this board I agree that this poster is either a real estate agent or representative of a management/real estate group. There is now no question in my mind that they are using this board to market a specific home which is against all the written and ethical rules here.
This behavior does nothing to help the image of an already tattered real estate business in vacation homes.

Well, either way you are advertising. It is a little strange that EVERY post you have mentions this home (until this one)

Of course the one where he/she tries to sell the home is actually fairly educational. Here's a home that the owner is trying to dump at below what they want to state is Fair Market as a rental that apparently isn't renting well. Makes the point vividly that Grandpa Ted made in that thread. Buyer beware, the home rental business is not for the faint of heart (or those without deep pockets!)

FYI I've been to Disney many, many times. I've stayed in Disney, out of Disney, condos, and homes. I far prefer a home rather than a community pool. And I loved this home that I stayed in. I just came across this site and I merely helped out people who were asking questions because I just recently stayed there and it's a good deal along with the air. There are many people who can't go away or think they can't because of the prices. When in fact, if you're from this area you can go dirt cheap. And with the air and that home sleeping as many as it does-it's a no brainer. Wether it was that home or another house I loved, it would have been no different. I called about the home because I did consider purchasing it and still may. I'm not stupid that's why the educational answer. And I'm not advertising or promoting for anyone. I was educating them.

When I find I good “deal” I like to repeatedly share it with other Dis members. I know that it is common for low count members to turn out to be using Dis for purposes other than what it is intended for, but maybe I am gullible but a see no specific information that would tell me that this person is doing that, only that the posts falls into a pattern which other unscrupulous people have used.

Wannagotodisney, welcome to the Disboards, bargains are always appreciated (as long as you are not “selling”), and as others of said, every bargain (or to good to be true) must be viewed with a lot of skepticism, just look at today’s financial headlines.
