I'm calling on my fellow WISHERs to help me get my motivation back. The past month has been crazy. There's so much going on (planned and unplanned) and so much to be done I cracked under the pressure. I haven't really been exercising too much, but I've been doing fairly well with my eating habits. I've still lost a few pounds, but not at the same rate as before. I'm 5 months away from my wedding day and I'm still on track to fit into my dress so that is good :banana: I guess I just got tired of constantly thinking about food and when I'll have time to exercise - I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets this way. At any rate, I'm starting to feel like myself again and am ready to get back on track. I'd like to lose another 25 lbs before the wedding in Nov, which I think is fairly reasonable. I joined Weight Wathers online again a few weeks ago and so far that's going pretty good. I always used to say that this board was great for keeping you accountable and keeping you focused, so I'm hoping this will be the kick in the pants I need. ;)

This board is so motivating. I've been doing WW for 9 months, but was stalled for about 5 months, and since I joined this board I have stuck with WW and started losing again. I want to lose 30 pounds before my wdw trip in november and I think that is a very reasonable goal. If I feel like a binge, I get a big glass of something cold to drink and come on these boards and usually don't go through with the binge. I also joined the 100 day cheat free challenge and that's been real helpful.

i find myself in slumps too, it happens, but what makes it ok is that we accept it and move on, not dwell on it. this is what you did so you are destined for success!!

i have had an incredibly busy month myself, not as much time on my computer and struggling to journal and follow my WW plan. i'm eating the right foods just not keeping close track and stopping when i'm done for the day. i can feel a bit'o'fluff too b/c of it! so -- together we will face and conquer this bump in the road! we CAN do this!!!

so, what's your exercise plan for this week???? :dance3:

Slumps happen, just get back and put one foot in front of the other, one day at a time, one step at a time.

You can do this. This board is a wonderful place to come for support and motivation. Your goal sounds totally reasonable if you ask me.
