I'm calling on my fellow WISHERs to help me get my motivation back. The past month has been crazy. There's so much going on (planned and unplanned) and so much to be done I cracked under the pressure. I haven't really been exercising too much, but I've been doing fairly well with my eating habits. I've still lost a few pounds, but not at the same rate as before. I'm 5 months away from my wedding day and I'm still on track to fit into my dress so that is good
I guess I just got tired of constantly thinking about food and when I'll have time to exercise - I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets this way. At any rate, I'm starting to feel like myself again and am ready to get back on track. I'd like to lose another 25 lbs before the wedding in Nov, which I think is fairly reasonable. I joined Weight Wathers online again a few weeks ago and so far that's going pretty good. I always used to say that this board was great for keeping you accountable and keeping you focused, so I'm hoping this will be the kick in the pants I need.
