Time to receive your AP will call tickets?

I ordered our DVC annual passes on 7/26 and still haven't received. I have sent an email but haven't heard back yet and was on hold on the phone forever and finally gave up. I ordered on line thru the DVC website. If you ordered online, how long did it take you to receive? Granted, we are in Seattle and the opposite corner of the country.

Did you select the "will call" option when you ordered them or did you select a shipping option and pay extra for shipping? If you selected will call you will take your order confirmation to the will call window at any of the parks and show your id and member card for the tickets.

We ordered ours the Saturday before the price increase and received them on the following Friday, so just less than a week. You should have received them by now if they were being shipping to you.

Ordered ours day before increase (Sat) & received the vouchers witin the week.

Double check to make sure you didn't click the "will call" option. If you did select "will call" then no vouchers will be mailed. If you paid the $3 shipping fee there should be "ship by" date on your receipt. If you have exceeded this time frame I would call passholder info.

Same here. Ordered them online on 8/5 and received them in the mail 8/11. I was shocked they got here in such a short time. Good luck.

$313 plus tax for the Annual Pass.

I ordered mine at midnight 8/5 and received the voucher a week ago. I only paid the $3.00 Shipping.
