finished the weekend at OKW and there were consistently 30+ minute waits between buses. All buses. Had to allow an hour to get to each park in case we just missed a bus.
Yes, they added Minnie vans to compete with Uber/Lyft. A lot of Disney guests are using Uber/Lyft. Especially between resorts.
you absolutely need to allow 90 minutes to go from one resort to another.
