How much time is involved from getting off the plane, to getting to the ME bus, to getting on the road, and then arriving to your hotel?

I would say to get to the ME location would be 15 - 20 mins since you don't have to deal with baggage claim. The only variable is waiting for the tram to the main lobby of the airport.

I believe some people said it could take 1hr on ME depending on where its making stops at.

Assuming you don't dawdle, you can expect to be at your hotel about 70 to 90 minutes from stepping off the plane.
