time to get contract???

I put a deposit down for SSR two weeks ago. I still have not received the contracts yet. I called my guide and he said that DVC is behind. Is this an unusually long time to wait? I would think that when someone calls and says "I want to join" Disney would send them to contracts ASAP before they change their mind. (or lose them!)

I seem to remember it took some time for ours too, and that was 7 years ago. It's all packaged up nicely when it comes.

I just spoke with my guide this afternoon and put in the deposit required to initiate the paperwork for an add-on. She told me it would be about 3 to 5 days to receive the paperwork. I don't remember how long it took when I made my initial DVC purchase, but I don't think it was very long. I am a little anxious/ a lot excited about my add-on, so I hope that it doesn't take too long. My anxiety will subside once the paperwork is finalized!!

Took me about 5 days after making the depost before i got the all the paperwork.

Now just waiting to see how long it takes to hear if I'm aproved or not, that is killing me.

i put a deposit on Saturday and got the contracts in full yesterday !! ..i would call mine came FEDEX

It took about a week for my paper work. That was enough time for me to change my mind and buy resale. My husband and I were discussing that earlier today. I guess they have alot of people buying at SSR. I wonder how many other people have changed their minds while waiting for paper work? You'll love all the stuff in the package they send! Congrats on your purchase!
