time to eat?

what times would you recommend booking for evening meal?
am flexible but don't want to miss anything to eat? is there much activity at night apart from restaurants

I usually make my reservations for 9.30 pm. That way, I can stay in the park until closing time, go to the hotel to freshen up and then go to the restaurant (and shop in the hotel boutique or Disney Village is I am there too early)

Used to eating with the troops so we tend to eat around 7pm
