Time to disembark in St. Thomas

If we wanted to be really, really early off the boat, say, among the first wave - what is involved in this? The itinerary shows 7:45 as the disembarkation time, so would we want to line up at around....7:15? No need for that early?

Thanks!

Really trying to maximize our day on St. John (going back to the place we got married - Cinnamon Bay), and am wondering how the time will all work out.

And also, since we will be at St. Maarten the day before, is it the case that we have to go through immigration when we get to St. Thomas?

Check to see how many ships in port that day. You may be moored or you may tender ashore, and that may affect the time. You are allowed off when the announcement is made. Our last visit there it was about 8:30. We walked off very quickly, no real line, at about 9:00. You do not go through immigration but you'll need your I.D. and ship key card to reboard, unlike at St Martin where they just looked at the ship's card.

Thanks! Ours is the only boat in St. Thomas that day.

And so if they say ashore at 7:45 I can expect to be off the boat by 8:15 about...it sounds like.

About 8:15 is a good time IF there are no issues. They won't let people line up until they are ready. I would recommend breakfast first and hit the doors about 8:05. There will be a line, but it moves quick as you just scan your KTTW cards and you are off. Just my recommendation.

This is an excellent question. Does anyone know the answer to this?
